Unopened Showtime Technologies brand products may be returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Afterwards the return is left up to the discretion of the store manager, and the return will be assessed a 30% restocking fee. Opened Showtime Technologies brand products will be replaced within 14 days of purchase if it is not operating properly. If products are outside of the 14 day window, Showtime Technologies will replace defective products upon investigative review of the product. There will be no cash refunds under any circumstance.
